As all items tend to be on the heavier side and range dramatically in size & shape, we will reach out to you with a shipping quote once we have received your order.

We currently do not offer international shipping options.

Returns

We do not accept returns at this time unless the item is in stock in our online shop from our line of home goods. We will not accept used items for return.

Warranty

We take pride in what we do. As wood is a natural product, it will show signs of wear over time & doesn’t always wear evenly or predictably. Wood moves frequently depending on humidity, temperature, and many other factors. Please contact us to discuss any issues you may be having with your J-Man Carpentry product. We can offer re-finishing, tips, tricks & fixes. J-Man Carpentry products are guaranteed against significant defects pertaining to aesthetics & functionality for 1 year from purchase or install date within reasonable wear & tear conditions.
